We’re holding a rally for a radical Green New Deal on the first day of conference. Join party members, trade unionists, youth strikers and climate activists from across the country for a huge display of support for our conference motion. Help us spread the word.

What’s been happening?
GLASGOW – Glasgow LGND met on Tuesday to discuss the potential for a radical Green New Deal for Glasgow, Scotland and beyond. Join them for their next organising meeting on 3 September. More info to follow on Facebook soon.
WORCESTER – Worcester LGND met on Wednesday for their second organising session. And Worcester CLP passed our conference motion this week too!
MANCHESTER – Greater Manchester LGND met last night to discuss strategies for local organising, including future canvassing sessions and how best to support the Trees Not Cars campaign on Great Ancoats Street. The next meeting is on 12 September. If you want to get involved, get in touch by email.
CROYDON – Croydon LGND’s launch meeting is on 27 August! Join James Meadway, Grace Blakeley and our co-founder Clare Hymer to discuss why a Green New Deal should be a pivotal policy in the fight against the Climate Crisis. More info.
NOTTINGHAM – Join Nottingham LGND for their launch meeting at the Mechanics Institute on 27 August. More info.
MANCHESTER – Greater Manchester LGND are meeting on 12 September. More info.
GLOBAL CLIMATE STRIKE – On 20 September we’ll be standing alongside Youth Strike 4 Climate to demand a radical Green New Deal. Join us. More info.
As our new Creative Content Co-Lead, you could help us win the radical Green New Deal to transform the economy and reshape society.
We're on the lookout for someone who can support the co-ordination of our design & video output, while managing a small team of volunteers in this task. Take a look at the role description.
We’re also looking for an Events Team Lead to coordinate our participation in national, regional, and local events.
Do you have experience organising events and managing a team, and are able to commit 8 hours a week? Have a read of the role description.
